• Valid photo ID is compulsory. (PAN Card is not acceptable).
• Prior Check in guest has to make complete payment in advance.
• Guest has to make check out in give time if not the management will charge extra.

• Enter the pool at your own risk. By entering the pool area, you take full
responsibility of your child. Children should be accompanied by an adult.
• If payment done through Credit card/ Debit Card 2% transaction charges will be
applicable.
• The hotel reserves the right to charge per night cancellation fee. You should
cancel any night from your originally intended length of stay.
• Visitors are not permitted in guest room. In case of any visitors, to be
entertained in restaurant only.
• In case of any charge not cleared at the time of checkout, the credit card
information and the acknowledgement on this registration card will be considered as the
authorization for the uncharged settled amount.
• Extension of checkout time is subjected to availability and extra charges.
• Charge applies of 500/- if room key is misplaced.
• Guest should ensure that the Hotel room door is properly secured at all times.
(HOTEL SAPPHIRE) management cannot be held responsible for any personal items and valuables
left in guest room.
• Registered guest will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items in their
hotel room or any internal/external areas of the hotel. This liability extends to both
registered guests and their visitors.
• The management reserves to itself the right to add after or amend any of above

to charge the amount outstanding on my account. When I checkout. I consent to this charge

• In case of any power failure or any technical problem from MSEB [power supplier],
Then hotel doesn’t have any responsibility or any liability to give refund, complete charges
of full room tariff is applicable.
